Negative Split’s sound is most definitely guitar driven, powered by the masterful leads of Jerry Gaffney and crunch work of Alan Finn. The phrase “Intelligent rock” fits the band perfectly because they aren’t a band of seventeen year olds out to dazzle the world. These guys have been around, they know the stage, and more importantly, they know music.
